Return and exchange instructions

Acceptance of the return of the consumer, within seven days for the return guarantee period, if this period is exceeded, the inspection and acceptance are not allowed to return. 

If the package or accessories are damaged or lost, the return will not be accepted. If you want to return the goods, it is necessary to contact us via email to sale@iamchains.com within the time limit to avoid unnecessary misunderstandings and disputes. 

If the goods are not due to defects or deteriorating, it is necessary for the consumers to bear the return shipping costs. 

How to apply for a return 

1. Return due to personal reasons: 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods, send mail to the after-sales service center without affecting the second sale, after-sales customer service will receive the mail after 1 day. – Your request will be processed within 3 working days, and the shipping charges incurred will be at your own risk. 

2. Return due to quality reasons: Within 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods, send an email to sale@iamchains.com to the after-sales service center, and the customer service will receive 1-3 business days after receiving the mail. We will accept your request and the freight generated by the return will be borne by us.
